A new queen in Bacolod

My, the business climate in Bacolod is really living up to its prestigious, “Most Investor-Friendly City Award”. Recently, Queenbank expanded its operations in Bacolod with the grand inauguration of its second branch located at the CBS Building , Mandalagan, Bacolod City .

A huge canopy was set up in front of the shiny black marble façade of the new bank, where tables were prepared for the guests. The guest list sounded like a who's who in political, business, civic organizations, media and social groups of the city. Also there, were the movers and the shakers, the decision makers, as well as the financial bigwigs in the community. The mood was upbeat as the officers of the new bank welcomed the guests who marveled at the elegant interior and convenient location of the new establishment. Soon, the excitement rose to a new high with the arrival of the Chairman of the Board, bank president and media mogul, Dr. Rogelio Florete, who graciously greeted everyone. Fr. Mamerto Alfeche officiated at the blessing ceremonies while businessman and hotelier Norman Ocana, assisted by Teresa Yao, cut the ribbon.

In his speech, Dr. Florete spoke of the reasons why Queenbank decided to expand to better serve the community and thanked all those who graced the occasion. For his part, Bacolod Mayor Bing Leonardia, lauded Florete for his trust and confidence in the business climate of the city. He then wished the bank good luck in its operations and congratulated the officers.

The guests had a fine time enjoying the culinary feast specially catered by L'Fisher Hotel and table hopping while the band played their favorite songs.

Kudos and good luck to the new queen of the city, Queenbank, Mandalagan, Bacolod !*
