The Mandala Centering Place will introduce the Bowen technique of relaxation at Gaisano Bacolod mall today, a press release from the mall said.
The technique is based on the theory that once total relaxation of the body has been achieved, inner ability to address any problems in the body and mind is activated.
This is done by bringing the body and mind back to balance and harmony.
Senior international instructor of the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia Andrew Zoppos is dedicated to preserving the technique, and ensuring that it is taught in its original and pure form, as it was taught to him by Oswald Rentsch, the man that Tom Bowen authorized to teach his work, the press release said.
The Bowen Technique is internationally applauded by orthodox, alternative and complementary medicine throughout the world as health care at its best, the press release added.*
