| ‘KIDNAPPING’ Vice Gov. Jose Baldado yesterday said he will not allow his detractors to mar his bid as governor of Negros Oriental in the May polls through mudslinging and black propaganda and claimed he will not engage in the same dirty tricks to manipulate the vote. Baldado, barangay tanod Romeo Sablado of Candabong, Manjuyod town, and another unidentified person, were last week tagged as allegedly behind the kidnapping of a 14-year-old boy in that town. Baldado, who also hails from Manjuyod, had denied the accusations saying he was in Dumaguete on February 15 when the purported kidnapping took place. | ||||||||||||||||
