Rep. Ignacio “Iggy” Arroyo (Neg. Occ., 5th District), through the Kapuso’t Pamilya Foundation, provided livelihood kits to the seven barangays in Isabela town recently.
Mayor Francis Malabor, Councilor Joselito Malabor, barangay captains of Isabela, Glen Paul Celo - municipal engineer, Arturo Calma – municipal agriculturist, Aquilino Bayona Sr. – municipal accountant, and Romeo Ladao received and witnessed the distribution of those kits, a press release from Arroyo’s office said.
The seven barangays that received livelihood kits were Brgy. Banogbanog represented by Barangay Captain Harold Villacapa; Brgy. 2 by ABC president Barangay Captain Lydell Rivera; Brgy. Limalima by Rubyrosa Libona; Brgy. Riverside by Barangay Captain Jesus Palma Jr.; Brgy. Mansablay by Barangay Captain Alma Berio; Brgy. Camangcamang by Barangay Captain Letecia Malabor; and Brgy. Cansalongon by Barangay Captain Porferio Fundador.
Arroyo said that it is important to teach and assist the people with the right way of planting, cooking and raising livestocks. These kits will help them more in doing the right thing, the press release quoted him as saying.
Mayor Malabor thanked Arroyo for providing his town with livelihood kits.*
