The Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas Negros Occidental Chapter will hold its first KBP 3K “Funaad Run” on April 3, starting at 5 p.m. from the Bacolod Government Center to the Provincial Capitol lagoon.

Expected to join the event are students, sports enthusiasts, professionals, police, military, and broadcasters. The run is for the benefit of the Senior Citizens of Bacolod City and Negros Occidental.

“This is KBP’s way of welcoming and supporting the 2011 Panaad sa Negros festivities and we hope to hold the Funaad Run annually,” said Salvador “Buddy” Ferrer, chairman of KBP Neg. Occ. Chapter.

Registration is now ongoing at all KBP member stations at P50 for students and P100 for professionals. For inquiries, those interested may call the KBP Secretariat at 7073279.*
