The Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center in Bacolod City was lauded by newly-appointed Technical Educational and Skills Development Authority Negros Occidental Provincial Director Rolando Juanillo recently, a government press release said.

Juanillo said that NOLITC is one of the many schools with first class training facilities comparable to call center companies, the press release said.

TESDA Regional Director Florencio Sonico, Jr. also visited the center together with former TESDA Provincial Director Yolanda Porschwitz.

Both also lauded the initiative and support of Gov. Alfredo Marañon, Jr. and Vice Gov. Genaro Alvarez, Jr. to the NOLITC programs that provide livelihood opportunities to many Negrense constituents, the press release added.

The 100-hour Finishing Course for Call Center Agents NC II is now open for enrolment at NOLITC.

NOLITC is located at the Paglaum Sports Complex at Hernaez Street in Bacolod City.*
