Cemeroy Monopollo, 16, and a  resident of Upper Lukewright, Dumaguete City said he  was with two companions  and  saw the suspects  who shot him.

Initial police investigation showed  that the victim and his companion decided to  turned back to avoid  encountering the  suspects identified  as GerrySeryep, the driver  and a certain Miko, the alleged   gun man riding in tandem  on black  motorcycle  without plate number.
