Two rape incidents were recorded in Sibulan, Negros Oriental, in less than a week.
Sibulan police records show that the first rape incident involved a 17-year-old girl and two brothers, who allegedly took turns in molesting her during a public dance at Sitio Ata-ata, Barangay San Antonio, Sibulan last week.
Initial police investigations showed that one of the suspects, a certain Alejandro, 23, single, of Calabnugan, Sibulan is a boyfriend of the victim. Reports said that after having sexual intercourse with her, the suspect called his older brother, Joemar, 33, married, to take over.
