face admin charges

Administrative charges have been recommended for a police chief and 14 of his men, in connection with the killing of Police Officer 2 Johnny Urbano in a cockpit in Escalante City, Negros Occidental, on November 28 last year.

Senior Supt. Four of the eight New People’s Army assassins suspected to have participated in the brutal killing of Police Officer 2 Johnny Urbano last year in Escalante City, Negros Occidental, have already been identified, Senior Supt. Allan Guisihan, police provincial director, yesterday said.

Guisihan said they were able to establish the identities of the four suspects, through the help of witnesses and the wife of the slain policeman, in coordination with the Army’s 303rd Infantry Brigade.
