CENECO brownouts
scheduled tomorrow

To maximize stability on its operations, Central Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. will conduct the following line maintenance activities tomorrow, from 7 a.m. to noon that will result to power interruptions, a CENECO press release said

CENECO will relocate primary poles near the Negros Navigation container yard along Circumferential Road, Banago, and Old Pala-Pala at San Juan Street, Bacolod City

It will also Install an auto-recloser at Corner Burgos – San Juan Extension Street, Bacolod City, and install a lateral disconnecting cut-out feeding lateral lines going to Pepsi Plant, and line clearing covering the entire feeder.

The activities will affect Reclamation Feeder 1.

On Sunday, rotten primary poles at portion of Bago Poblacion and Barangay Sampinit, Bago City will be replaced. Line clearing will also be conducted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. affecting areas covered by Calumangan Feeders.

Affected member-consumers are advised to turn-off their electrical switch/es during the power interruption for safety reasons.

When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
