Iron-fortified rice
introduced to public

The Negros Occidental National Food Authority will launch the iron fortified rice or I-Rice today in Brgy. Punta Taytay, Bacolod City.

She said the mixture ratio is 4 to 5 grams of I-Mix to one kilogram of milled rice. There is no change in taste except for the color that becomes slightly grayish, she added.
