The Solid Star Group Open Trio Bowling Tournament resumes tonight with TNT Construction hoping to keep the No. 1 spot, with sister team LJP Trading/NPBC at No. 2 with two more outings remaining.

The TNT group headed by Nonoy Ruiz compiled 3,919 pinfalls followed by Gil Villagante’s LJP with 3,898.

Bago City ASSFBI led by Ric Abellar was third spot with 3,855.

Robbie Alegado’s Kami Mga Hubin has 3,815; Dep-Ed, 3,784; Lacsonians/DLNHS, 3,780; Eco-saver, 3,734; NOHS All Star, 3,729, and Bago City Bowlers Association, 3,692.

TNT NPBC holds the highest team triple record with 1,016 balls.

Meanwhile, the two-day Active Solid Strikers Fellowship Bowlers Inc. 2011 PANAAD Sa Negros Invitational Open Trio Bowling Tournament dubbed 3rd Condura Cup in honor of the late Gov. Joseph Marañon opens Saturday at the New Top’s Millennium Plaza Alley in Bacolod City.

ASSFBI president Cecil Ramon Silverio said cash prizes and trophies await the top three winners in the finals on Sunday.

Hostilities will start at 9 a.m. on opening day.
