Powerade moves closer to Finals

This time, it was Talk ‘N Text that made the last shot with Jimmy Alapag converting a triple in the last 44 seconds as the Tropang Texters lived to see another day in their best-of-seven semifinal series against Petron Blaze, 93-91, in the PBA Philippine Cup at the Smart Araneta Coliseum last night.

It was also a two-point victory for Powerade in the first game, as the Tigers came back from a six-point deficit in the last two minutes to finish with a 110-108 win against Rain or Shine to take a 3-2 advantage in their semis match-up.
