Top bowlers’
showdown tonight

Ten men and five women will compete in the Homecoming Cup 2013 Master Bowler crown in Bacolod City tonight, a press release from organizers said.

The game begins at 6 p.m., with the elimination round and with the top four men and two women playing in the up-the-ladder game, the press release said.

The 10 men are Rod Garcia, Essho Garcia, Cesar Sumaylo, Boy Romero, Rey Boy, Noli Ortiz, Jhon Biasca, Iran Pielago, Joe de Leon and Rommel Jover.

The top women are Ruby Barbosa, Ann Dayot, Grace Tamano, Leda Exito, and Ronella Cordero.

Meanwhile, the Up-Ladder-Championship game for the top four teams in three brackets will be April 13 at 5 p.m. at the Negros Superlanes in Bacolod City, the press release said.

Class 84, Class 91 and Class 90 are No. 1 in Brackets A, B and C, respectively, and will have the twice-to-beat advantage, it added.*
