Businessman slams
NAIA parking fees

A Bacolod businessman is complaining about the drastic increase in overnight parking rates at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport that business travelers rely on for convenience.

Businessman Ed Alunan said the parking rates have increased from P50 a day to P300.

“While airlines are trying their best to reduce rates, here's government going the wrong way, making travel way more expensive,” he said.

“How can we believe that inflation is 3.4 percent when government rates are increased 600 percent?” he asked.

He also said there have been zero improvements at the NAIA.*CPG
