2013 Animolympics
starts today at USLS

The 2013 “Animolympics” kicks off today at the University of Saint La Salle Coliseum with the Education department clashing against Arts and Sciences in the curtain raiser of women’s basketball at 7:30 a.m., simultaneous with the football game between Business and Accountancy and Education at the football field.

Nursing and Engineering women’s basketball teams will play in the second game at 9 a.m., while competition in men’s basketball will open with a match-up between Education and Nursing at 10:30 a.m., followed by the encounter between Engineering and Arts and Sciences.

Men and women billiards will start 8:30 a.m. at the Lopue’s East Bowling Center, othello games at the USLS College Library at 9 a.m., and volleyball at the College Covered Court.

Competition in beach volleyball, lawn tennis, athletics, badminton, chess, and table tennis will start tomorrow.

Lawn tennis will be played at the USLS Tennis Court, athletics at the Panaad Stadium, badminton games will be held at the Pohang Badminton enter, chess at the USLS College Library, and table tennis at the College Covered Court Dug-out.

The five-day competition will end on Friday with tug-of-war, ultimate frisbee, dance sports, and “Cheer It Up” contests.*NAB
