D’ Adventurer ladies
pace PCJEM bowlfest

D Adventurer’s all-ladies team had the highest score during the opening round of the PCJEM Non-rated Trio Bowling Tournament at the Lopue’s East Bowling Center in Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City.

Led by Minnie Chua, D Adventurer had a total of 1,047 pinfalls. The Bankers Team anchored by Art Palo and Pat Mendoza’s ESD Electronz were second and third with 1,026 and 1,004 pinfalls.

The other competing squads are Team Nonoy with 1,000; SJHS-LS Batch ’69, 999; Davies Fusion, 994; Tiger Eye, 977; PCJJ, 972; Canvil Knights, 964; Jed Team, 899; Golden Lady, 883; and JDTU, 860.

Bago City Bowlers and JL Team have not played their first game assignment yet.

Games will resume tomorrow at 5 p.m.

Meanwhile, bowling clubs in Bacolod City will participate in the 11th DUBAI Dinagyang 2013 Open Trio Bowling Touirnament Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog Bowling Cup scheduled on Jan.26 and 27 at the St. Elizabeth Billiard and Bowling Alleys in Valeria Street, Iloilo City.

Expected to compete are Active Solid Strikers Fellowship Bowlers, Inc., Sharp, Negros Professional Bowlers Club/Systemic Farm Chemicals, Kami Mga Hubin Bowling Club, Davies Bowling Club, Davies Fusion, Tiger Eye, ON-BACIBA, among others.*HLG
