Leonardia attends
training at House

Bacolod Rep. Evelio Leonardia is attending the training program to be conducted by the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP NCPAG), a press release from his office said.

The four-day training program will be conducted daily from July 8 to 11 at the House of Representatives, Batasang Pambansa Complex, Quezon City.

This is sponsored by the Office of the Speaker to orient congressmen on public administration and governance. Also included in the program are rules and procedures in the legislative process.

Leonardia took his Bachelors of Science in Commerce degree, major in Banking and Finance at the University of St. La Salle and graduated Cum Laude. He finished his Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Negros Occidental Recoletos and passed the Bar Examinations upon graduation, the press release said.

The Office of the Secretary General said this training program will be attended by about 45 congressmen who are mostly neophytes and some who are come-backing.*
