CEB backing Bacolod

Cebu Pacific is supporting the 7th TravelXchange at the Robinsons Place Bacolod from July 19 to 21, its press release said.

Now in its seventh year, the three-day travel fair will showcase the best tourist destinations and attractions in the Philippines.

CEB has been the official airline partner of the TravelXchange since its inception in Bacolod City in 2007.

The airline helped in opening up Western Visayas to various domestic and international markets, the press release said.

CEB flies from Bacolod to Manila, Cebu and Cagayan de Oro, it added.

It also flies from nearby Iloilo to Singapore, Hong Kong, Manila, Cebu, Davao, Puerto Princesa, General Santos, Tacloban and Cagayan de Oro. CEB also serves other airports in Western Visayas, namely Kalibo, Roxas and Caticlan.

Charles Lim, Founder of the TravelXchange said “We are extremely grateful for the support CEB has given us as organizers and also to the region for initiating flights to promote intra-regional travel connections.”

“Also with CEB's year-round low fares, our participants and sellers are confident of promoting their respective hotels and destinations,” he added.

Aside from the CEB booth, other TravelXchange exhibitors are Resorts World Manila, TIEZA, PAGCOR, Enchanted Kingdom, Go Hotels, Microtel by Wyndham, Department of Tourism Region 6, 9 and 13 and Sun Cellular.

The 7th TravelXchange is open to the public for free.

Other activities are daily travel product presentations and top-class entertainment acts, the press release also said.*
