The Filipino Chinese Junior Chamber is inviting businessmen and would be entrepreneurs to attend its first “Executive Classroom” seminar, “Why Go Corporate?” on Friday at the Filipino-Chinese Chamber Building, Ipil Street, Capitol Shopping Center, Bacolod City the FCJC said in a press release.

The business forum is the first in a series of talks being organized by FCJC to provide entrepreneurial skills not only to its members but also to the general public its president, Mark Gomez, said in the press release.

Donnies Alas will talk on Tax and Strategic Advantages of incorporating businesses, the press release said.

Alas is the chair and CEO of Alas, Oplas & Co., CPAs which is affiliated with RSM International, the 7th largest accounting firm worldwide it added.

He is also currently executive vice president of the Association of CPA in Public Practice and director of the Philippine Association of Management Accountants, the press release said.
