Losing bets can run
for brgy posts

Losing candidates in the May 13 elections can run for posts in the October barangay elections, Negros Occidental Elections Supervisor Jessie Suarez said yesterday.

Suarez is awaiting a directive from the COMELEC head office on the start of registration of voters for the barangay polls.*
