Azkals vs. Turkmenistan
at Rizal Stadium tonight

The Philippine Azkals will be out to erase the memories of their heartbreaking 2-1 loss against Turkmenistan in the semifinals of the AFC Challenge Cup in Nepal last year, hoping to gain the top spot in Group E and automatically advance into the finals in Maldives next year.

Game time is set at 7:30 p.m. at Rizal Memorial Stadium.

The Azkals will be playing without Paul Mulders, who was charged with a red card Sunday night, during the Philippines 8-0 victory against Cambodia .

With Fil-Spanish striker 24-year-old Javier Patiño in the lineup, the Azkals are looking lethal in the field. Patiño beefs up the frontline of the offense with Phil Younghusband, who scored four goals in the win against Cambodia . Patiño scored two goals.
