Security up at Capitol
BY CARLA GOMEZ

Security at the Negros Occidental Treasurer's Office at the Capitol in Bacolod City has been beefed up in the light of recent pawnshop robberies in Bacolod City, Venchito Magalona, Capitol security chief, said yesterday.

The grill doors at the entrance to the Treasurer's Office on the north side of the Capitol, and the one beside the Provincial Legal Office have been closed, he said.

This will require those doing business at the Treasurer's Office to pass though the main doors of the Capitol, he said.*CPG
