Victor Vibares, Provincial Administrator Arnel Francisco, and fire officers from Tanjay and Bayawan stations, FO3 Feliciano Roxas Jr., SFO1 Noel Ligo, SFO2 Rico Bandeling, FO1 Janice Merador and FO1 Ralph Minguito.*RG
