‘Bacolod carnival
to be demolished'

The Bacolod City Legal Office is ready to demolish the carnival set that is blocking the rear passage to the Commission on Elections anytime, City Legal Officer Sarah Villamor, said yesterday.

She said that Bacolod election officer Mavil Majarucon-Sia has been complaining about the operation of the carnival as it obstructs the way to the agency.

Villamor said they are coordinating with Comelec on the schedule of the removal.

The Bacolod Comelec is expecting the arrival of the election paraphernalia anytime this week or next week.*APN
