Guv: Small light at end of tunnel

There is now a small light at the end of the tunnel for democracy to prevail in Pulupandan, Gov. Alfredo Marañon Jr., said yesterday.

This was the governor’s reaction to the Commission on Elections report that elective posts in 14 out of 20 barangays in Pulupandan town are being contested.

The governor reiterated his call to make the October 28 barangay elections non-political, friendly, credible and democratic.

Don’t make personal attacks, the governor urged opposing parties.*CPG
