2 children beheaded,
angry pa slays killer

A woman allegedly suffering from a nervous breakdown beheaded two young children, one of them her daughter and was in turn killed by the father of one of her victims in a remote barangay of Cauayan town late yesterday afternoon, Senior Inspector Noel Garingalao, the town's police chief, said.

As of press time, Cauayan policemen had not reached the scene of the crime in Purok 3, Barangay Baclao as it takes about three hours' walk to reach the area, he said.

Baclao Barangay Captain Roselo Delocanog said Perlita Sagmon who was apparently suffering from a nervous breakdown beheaded the two children who were between one and two years old.moremoremore

We'll sue if stopped - Ramos

The legal counsel of Bacolod City Water District director Marichi Ramos said they will file charges against anyone who tries to prevent her from sitting on the BACIWA Board.

Roger Reyes said the Court has ruled that Ramos is qualified to sit as a member of the BACIWA Board. He also said Ramos was not paid her per diems since October 2013.

The Regional Trial Court Branch 44, in a writ of preliminary injunction it issued, directed Local Water Utilities Administration officer-in-charge of the Office of the Acting Administrator Manuel Yoingco et al, to cease and desist from enforcing his order dated Oct. 14, 2013 that denied the confirmation of Ramos as director of the BACIWA.moremoremore
