NFA further increases outlets

The National Food Authority has increased its outlets from 16 to 25 last week in the different barangays in Bacolod City and will open more this week, Bacolod Councilor Carlos Jose Lopez, chairman of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Committee on Markets and Slaughterhouse, said yesterday.

Lopez said he is in close coordination with the manager of NFA in opening more outlets in the city.

The more outlets are at the Brgy. 35 public market, the Mansilingan Public Market, in Brgy. Banago, Brgy. Bata, Brgy. Mandalagan, another in Brgy. Handumanan and Alangilan, and another at the Central Market.

Others are located in Purok Lawayan, Brgy. Banago; Alunan Avenue satellite market in Brgy. 34; Purok Adela, Brgy. Mansilingan; Homesite satellite market; Purok Sambag, Brgy. Mandalagan; Jusedna Manlapao store at the Libertad Market; Phase V, Brgy.Handumanan; Brgy. Bata satellite market and barangay market in Brgy. Alangilan.*CGS
