Lopez richest,
Palermo poorest at SP

Bacolod Councilor Carlos Jose Lopez is the richest member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bacolod City, while Councilor Ana Marie Palermo is the poorest, according to their 2013 Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth.

Out of the 13 members of the Bacolod SP who submitted their SALN’s 12 were millionaires, and Vice Mayor Greg Gasataya was in 9th place.

Lopez with net worth at P108,750,000 had assets covering several real estate properties, a condo, mansion, and five vehicles.

Councilor Em Legaspi-Ang with net worth of P54.8 million had assets of P59,360,000 covering a commercial/residential building, condominium, townhouse, vehicles, jewelry, furniture and fixtures, clothing and accessories and stocks, bonds and cash, and P4.1 million in liabilities.

Councilor El Cid Familiaran - P19,439,379.31 with total assets at P19.8 million covering residential lots, house, building, general merchandise, cash in bank, furniture, appliances, and seven vehicles, and P400,000 in liabilities.

Claudio Puentevella - P18,158,691 with total assets at P18.2 million covering agricultural and residential properties, three vehicles, cash on hand and in bank, investments, jewelry and stocks, and P69,094 in liabilities.

Councilor Roberto Rojas Sr. - P5,654,540 with total assets at P6.5 million covering five vehicles, appliances and other electronic gadgets, jewelry, clothing, and salary, and P900,000 in liabilities.

Councilor Archie Baribar - P2,956,000 with total assets at P4,456,000 covering three houses, a lot, law office and equipment and vehicles, and P1,500,000 in liabilities.

Councilor Sonya Verdeflor - P2,665,000 with total assets at P2.8 million covering house and lot, two vehicles, household and personal effects, and P150,000 in liabilities.

Councilor Caesar Distrito - P2,288,000 with total assets at P4.2 million covering a house and lot, two vehicles, appliances and electronic equipment and cash deposits, and P1.9 million.

Vice Mayor Greg Gasataya - P1,744,519 with total assets at P2.4 million covering a house and lot, two vehicles, appliances, jewelry, accessories and cash in bank, and P652,848.14 in liabilities.

Councilor Alex Paglumotan - P1,715,000 with total assets at P2.1 million covering two houses and lots, three vehicles, a firearm, jewelry and furniture and fixtures, and P400,000 in liabilities.

Councilor Jocelle Batapa-Sigue - P1,150,000 with total assets at P1,950,000 covering two houses and lots and a vehicle, and P800,000 in liabilities.

Councilor Noli Villarosa with net worth at P1,062,000 had assets covering a vehicle, cellphones and furniture.

Councilor Ana Marie Palermo - P950,000 had assets covering furniture, equipment, books, jewelry stocks and bank deposit.*CGS
