NegOr gang leader escapee
killed in shoot-out with cops

His luck finally came to an end.

A suspect linked to a shooting incident, who was killed May 28 in a shoot-out with policemen in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, turned out to be a “high risk” suspected leader of a carnapping-robbery group, who had escaped from jail in Negros Oriental, in March this year.

Chief Inspector Eduardo Corpuz, Kabankalan police officer-in-charge, yesterday identified the slain suspect as Ricardo Ebasan, 44, of Sibulan, Negros Oriental.moremoremore
